I wonder if the audience watching that guitar solo had any idea at the time that they were witness to a small miracle.

Mark Knopfler is projecting from an entirely different dimension in that video, and he pulls the rest of the band with him. Just listening to the music makes the scalp tingle. Science should study that take.

Yep, the ups and downs of life like a wave though it does appear there's some sense that can be made of it when you listen very closely.
