    Lucky Accidents

What lucky accidents gave man a chance to evolve, without which we might not be here yet or ever?

Oxygen, once a mere waste product of photosynthesis, came to be a saving grace for our beginnings.

The Earth was at a good distance from the sun and tilts on its axis to spread the warmth around through the seasons.

It was our lucky stars that made it happen.

Since we are made of stardust, it's sure a good thing they could form and spew out all the elements.

Thank, you, Sally and the stars; now we all have starring roles!

Some calamity wiped out the dinosaurs and 90% of all species at the time, giving space for proto-man to develop.

Yes, at the very beginning, if the solvents of chemicals were always equal-in-concentration anywhere anytime, bio-chemicals and life had no chance to be developed.

If early lives were always of Equality, less chance to be improved.

While all lives were in struggling, those qualified ones had luckily got the chance, the key and the effort to improve first.
Then they will be set as a "workable sample and target" for the remaining majority. Partial improvement is more effective then all lives dragged together.

I've always thought the earth always existed, just in different area's of the universe. I think the dinos were wiped out when we ended up where we are now. Could dinosaurs survive a different type of environment and not in this one? As the earth passed through different environments, maybe we picked up all the different forms of life we have along the way.

But yeah, I like being a starlet no matter what!

Maybe the dinosaurs couldn't hold on when the earth flew through space or maybe they just couldn't find enough food when a lot of plants died out when the dust kicked up by asteroids greatly obscured the sunlight.

When did you come aboard, Sally? I came from Andromeda.

And how come hemorrhoids aren't call assteroids?
