Here is my first input as follows......
We all know what yoga is, but do we realize it directly?
Yoga simply means a reuniting with the source,
being in union with creator source.
Or returning home, that is not to be taken literally,
home is always and always will be herenow.
How many of us really know what yoga is, and how realizing it impacts our very reality.
We can all, each and everyone of us realize it,but how many of us,
so often do not even know of it's existence in the first place, .. Why is that?
Well, because we habitually trap ourselves unknowingly into our own little private personal world,
as a limited separate, self serving, man made mindset ,
ego based, and one purely of our own making.
We take it upon ourselves to perceive our reality the way ''we'' think it should be.
We fail to surrender to the now not allowing the now to be as it should be,
or as it is naturally arising, without controlling it.
Our own families, cultural and social conditionings are responsible for this.
However, if we are to progress, & evolve, we have to break our negative limited thinking habits,
before we could ever hope to move forward.
I'm sorry to say, it's going to take a long time for this simple truth to take hold.
As we are ALL as a collective, responsible for the reality we create.
So why don't we recognize where our true power lies?
Basically, we think that our happiness can only ever come from the external world,
we fail to realize, the world is temporal, transient, non-lasting,
and un-fulfilling and yet we are conditioned to believe that's how we fulfill our life,
and so we'd rather invent a past and a future for ourself.
This gives us a sense of autonomy which is fair enough, we quite naturally want to do that.
What we don't realize is, we don't need to do that, because our lives unfold effortlessly anyway.
Doing is done naturally, automatically, by unseen universal laws & forces.
If we'd only allow for these natural forces to work through us, instead of resisting them,
we can experience the power and potential they hold for us.
If we feel isolated and separated for instance, we are only cutting ourselves off from the whole,
we then get trapped in a kind of dark energy mind set,
whereby we completely overlook the awesome and effortless power of the now.
The now is every-thing, it is the ''whole'' of all creation appearing herenow, One without a second.
There is no separation to be found anywhere.
As soon as we start thinking about separation, immediately we tense up, contract,
we cut ourselves off from our true power source, our true self,
which of course is eternal boundless, unlimited, unconditional, being of love and light.
We mis-indentify with our known reality, and feel limited by time and space.
Feeling ever more isolated, so then what do we do, we make up for this illusional lack and fear,
by inventing futures that don't exist or we dwell on pasts that don't exist either.
All we ever do is end up back to the beginning again, back to square one, which makes us feel worse.
This man made mind game of life becomes habitual & self perpetuating,
we end up getting trapped in old worn out negative belief systems, feeling powerless,
thus limiting our thoughts of their true potential.
We should be able to fully utilize the real power in our lives by awakening our kundalini and aligning ourself with the absolute creative power of the now.
To realize that within the absolute void of the eternal now.....absolutely anything is possible.
It is here and only here that our true destiny as a human species can ever be truly fulfilled.
