Right now, as the mind made conceptual self, the 'me' with its accumulation of past history is dropped..
There remains just this timeless freshness of immediate being.

This is the non-conceptual realm of sense primacy.
This realm is always Now, always immediate, always fresh.

This realm is nondual.

No feeler and felt - just feeling.

No hearer and heard - just hearing
(for no one in this immediate presence.)

This is the legendary realm of what the Tibetans call 'one taste'.
It's the nondual 'insight' of Zen.

Ultimately- the object/sense that has subsumed the subject is sublated to its innermost core - Being itself.

This that is the very being of phenomena is without form, location or temporality,
it is that which is the thusness of object, subject,
essence or whatever (including the whole display of duality) - this ever-fresh immediacy of arising,the great equaliser of all phenomena.... non-conceptual Being.

So, does this apparent contemplation, insight and sublation need to take place??

Absolutely not! Right now, whatever is arising in whatever form - including thought, senses or subtle process - is not other than Being itself.

Immediate, ever-fresh, inescapable, indestructible Being. Which ever way, and however way 'you' look

Here it is.

Of course there are no stages or depths to Being-
unless of course.... there are.
And of course that'll be Being being 'em.
