I walked in, and there he was on the stage
The right looks, right size, the right age
But I'm so burned out on good-looking guys
I won't even let 'em catch my eye
I went to the bar, I got me a beer
The band started playing, I didn't care
But I changed my mind
When he started singing his song

It wasn't love at first sight
But, thank God, I Looked Twice!
I looked below the surface
And I liked what I saw
I've had my share of tight fitting jeans
I've had my share of late night scenes

The band took a break, he walked up to me
He had charm, he had oompf, he got me
He knew just what to say and how to say it
He said I'm his favorite song and he's gonna play it
I found out what we've got in common
A deep-seated need to share good loving
Now I'm his lady

A tempo that would have the crowd on their feet at a rodeo dance for certain!

I recorded this in Nashville with Kymberly Bryson...Jim

I work night shift with a fellow who used to be the audio tech for a band in his youth, despite being born tone deaf. He relied on his audiometers and a physical sense of the vibrations and achieved some amazing results.

Music and sound, an interesting medium.
