outlined in the book entitled "Integrated Theory of Intelligence"…

Sounds pretty good, some of it; it also contains a few leaps…

    Will comment another time.

(Mel, would this book be real? Or like the ones I see in my night dream, whose pages even change before my eyes and have digits inserted among the alphabetic characters? I noted this while dreaming lucidly.)

Quit trying to change the subject, lets stick to what we are discussing without you venturing off in things not pertaining to what I had commented on.

You can't prove a phenomenal (of or pertaining to phenomena) global awakening.

What you see as awakening is just an increase in knowledge. People are more aware of information because it's easier to obtain. It's not a phenomena, it's called changing with the times. Advancements in technology.

Not very nice of you to call people unconscious because they don't have the same interests as you. Maybe it's you that's unconscious to what's going on with other people and they could care less about your phenomena. As the saying goes, know your enemy.

The phnomenon going around the web is a phenomenon becuse it is concerned with waking those who are "Unconscious" up, I guess it is a pretty amazing [phenomenal] task, in light of present company.{or should I say lack of light in present company?] anyway no offense, we're all learning, especially me, I had to go back and double-check the definition myself. Thanks for that.

But in truth it is a Noumenon: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noumenon

Ever heard the word "Noumenon"? Know the difference? Yea, That difference is the phenomenon, different context/properties.

    Like ordinary and extraordinary.

Ever heard of a fad or trend? Just in case you haven't, no offense, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fads_and_trends

I don't see it as separate, maybe this is like that duality thing, it is but it isn't. It either is or it isn't and you are saying that it is a flat out extraordinary thing. Yea, I tend to exaggerate with things I like too.

Re: The Best Yet: "Theory of Everything."

[quote=sillysally;99042]lol, I don't think all the information going around on the net is phenomenal.

I was only speaking of the trend to raise peoples state of consciousness to a higher---more altruistic sense of morality, based upon spiritual principles, cardinal/knightly "Virtues" coincidental/so detremental to the evolution of consciousness [therefore mankind it self]

Of course more people are going to broaden their horizons or be "awakened" as you put it with all this information at our fingertips. I bet if you go into the village of starving people in Africa, they won't have a clue about this "global awakening thingy", but anyone with access to a computer will definitely be on about it, if it's one of the interests they pursue on the net. I wouldn't have known about it if you hadn't of mentioned it. I think it's phenomenal that you actually believe it.

Awakening is rising to a higher level of consciousness, a change in ones psyche.

Exactly, this happens through learning. Psyche is pertaining more towards feelings, it's not a physical thing. However most people don't give a fruit (lets call them unconscious), some people are going through maturing changes in their lives where something like this can dominate. Then there are others that have outgrown it knowing it's mostly a waste of thought. Maybe that's why I come across as not grasping the duality thingy, I see things in more ways than just 2. But yea, go ahead and classify me in the group that doesn't give a fruit. I quit, I'll be back when I get bored again.

I was speaking in general terms "most people", "YOU" took it personally. Put the blame where it belongs, talk about staying on point?

"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer."
Never heard of such 'a thingy'! Lol
Most people don't know they're unconscious,
you didn't bother with Plato's Allegory of the cave,

I think the 'word' is vainglory. If you could care less about philosophy why do you haunt this thread?

Are you hear "spoofing on people" to see waht runs from beneath the bush's? [Seems to be the nature of your post's?]

Ok, since you say so. It's nice to agree on something with you.

How come you changed love ya to regards? Regards is so something you would say to somebody you don't give a fruit about. Although I think 'love ya' is a little cheesy too. Maybe you should just make 'love ya, or Regards if you get the feeling I don't love ya D.' as your signature? That way you can make everyone feel like you do care as an awakened person should. I am just saying this coz we both think I know everything and I think it's a nice suggestion since some people might be offended that you change your sign off. I'm not offended because I know everything and my feelings don't get involved on internet discussions, or as you would put it, I don't take things personally. But a lot of people do just as I think you should take this personally and to heart coz I'd like to see you setting a better example.

Ps. I think philosophy is for suckers, and I don't discriminate.

Your "emotions" have you confused again dear.
Feelings are emotions, Psyche pertains to "menticulture" which thoughts with feelings attached, "emotions" can waylay even the most well intentioned of us.
