Although we now have a few techniques which allow us to 'see' and measure things that previously we could only 'feel'? It will be very interesting as these technologies become further refined, I am thinking.....

We can measure with our technological instruments, like in MRI and stuff, but these are images - the seer remains ever elusive.

What we are looking for is whats looking. Its a phantom.

Seer and seen are one-and-the-same,
Seeing see's this, Knowing knows this.
Don't take That personally.
The 'phantom' is a Nobody.
The light reflects off an object
and illuminates the object,
the object is not the subject
The Light is the subject.
TheLlight see's everything and nothing, simultaneously.
Like a flashlight shing in the darkness, everywhere it points there is an object that it falls upon
or there is nothing at all.
Yet the flashlight never falls upon itself.
Similarly, we,
in the human condition,
do likewise

Light is a metaphor for Wisdom as is Christ/Christos-Consciousness.
