There are too many hostile, vicious and vehement Christians here and they are respected as faithful ones.

They attack their opponents with insult ridicule, sarcasm and mock their opponents saying they are only telling the truth.

That is not how you should treat other Christians just because they don't agree with your doctrines. Most christians come to the forums to spread their convictions. They read the Bible as much as you or maybe even more. Let Jesus judge if they are in line with God or not.

Hostile way is not the way to spread the truth as christians. Jesus also says to "love your enemies". It is no wonder they support the military.

What is the point?

What is the point of all the rudeness in this forum? I don't understand why folks cannot discuss their beliefs without attacking one another. Is the attackers' faith so fragile that they cannot deal with anyone not believing as they do? I was raised Catholic, left and spent 30 years in Baptist churches, teaching the Bible for 10 of those years. The Bible actually brought me home to the Catholic Church. However, I respect the beliefs of my non-Catholic brothers and sisters in Christ. I love explaining my faith to those with erroneous ideas about the Catholic Church's teaching but I find all this strife unchristian and uncharitable. Can someone enlighten me on the attacks and name calling? How does this advance the Kingdom of Heaven?

The amount of hate I see on this board is shocking.

Seems to get worse all the time.

People just getting bashed and then people pile on to bash and bash some more.

Its a sad atmosphere, for a group of people who all claim to be in christ.

May God have mercy on us and this board.

Its just plain mean on here.
