I would not have brought this up except after visiting one of the occupy sites. I learned that they do not have any political problems. They stay away from past party politics. The concept that they follow is that if people have a dissagreement they take it up with the general assembly and let it come to a vote. Of course we all must agree to agree with the outcome of the assembly. This prevents people from getting split up because of disagreements. All of the other type of political structures cause the people to be split up. But this is an experiment in true democracy so as to bring all people together to improve the world we live in for everyone. I was very excited and view this with great hope for a better world for everyone. Still an experiment here in this thread would be an interesting experiment for us all. obviously if it appears to be having any problems then we go with Robert and discard the issue.

America is a Republic and not a Democracy. Canada is a Democracy, just look to the 1993 federal election for proof of this. A mob can rule in a Democracy, where rule by representation takes away the mob mentality.

Now in America, community organizing has lead to rule by mob. This is so because, the organizers are of one ideology and they dictate how the community should vote, live and think.

If the occupy mob is of one ideology, then the assembly is really just an organized mob. If the occupy mob is only effecting the lives of the innocent around them, while the Rich Liberals laugh at them from afar, that makes the occupiers selfish, greedy losers, and
nothing more.

I agree with the note that the USA is a republic and that Canada is a democracy. But the rest I do not agree. But we do not have an assembly so we must wait to discuss this further. I will post my comment later

Goodness, two days of interviews with occupiers on the news shows and all you hear are Democratic Party talking points. Do you guys get hourly up dates right from the Obama campaign team? I don't think I have heard an occupier say anything different then I can hear on the Democratic Talking Point Channel(Fox News).

Thanks EMM for your input here,true democracy is there such a thing? Its an ideal and sound wonderful when its still an idea,however the problem lies in the people when the ideal starts to get actually realised the problems start.

This so true Michael. It is the people that destort Democracy and not the idea of Democracy. The same holds true for Capitalism. That is why the founding fathers of the USA put all the safe guards in the Constitution. They understood the concept of Mob rule, but unfortunately they did not foresee the concept of a Liberal media.

Some how, the We The People, must come up with a concept to overcome the mob rule of the Liberal Media, and once again get back on the road to greater freedoms.

It is a tall order Michael. But for the first time in 200 years it is a possibility. I have come up with an idea to overcome the egocentric beings, and hope to implement it this winter. I started to do it two years ago, but after creating the web site as a rallying point, I realize that it was not time. The majority of the people in America do not belong to the mobs, but they have no independent movement to rally around. Creating this movement for the majority to rally around is the secret to success.

It just never ceases to amaze me how disconnected the people can get from the reality of being. For 25 years I have studied how the public is fed nothing but "Lies, Hatred, and Corrupt Thinking" every second of the day. They are fed the same BS by the same people for hundreds of years, and they just gobble it up like it is candy.

If you listen to the main complaints of the day, they are no different then the complaints of 100 years ago. This is how the people are kept in a world of stupid thinking. A mind full of "Lies, Hatred, and Corrupt Thinking" is a mind that is brain washed. This brained washed mind has a strong Ego that will not allow any truths to enter for fear that it will have to come to grips with it's utter stupidity.

For thousands of years the Elite tell the people what to think, and the people just go along with it. The people don't understand, that the elites understand that they can use a persons ego to brain wash them into believing anything they want.

The greatest example of this is the corporation issue of to day. Oh my God!!! What is being said about them today, is the same that has been said since the beginning of business. Since the first rich or powerful entity was created, people have screamed about the injustice of it all. Yet the people have always benefited far more because of the rich then not, this is an Absolute Fact. We live today in utter richness, and that includes the poor of the west, then we would be if there were none that strived for much more.

The Elites use the people who hate from the moment they wake in the day, to spread their propaganda of "Lies, Hate, and Corrupt Thinking", and the weak minded regurgitate it over and over again. My God!! Have the courage to fight back the ego and analyze what you hear and think, and then compare it to facts.

Common Sense over rules Logic!!!!
