    Nope. You do it yourself.

    Do whatever it takes for you personally, to get down to just yourself and absolutely nothing else. Then make the decision to let go of yourself.

    Don't forget to keep FOCUSING.

    I'm not sure QM or Relativity would be much use in a TOE, because as theories, the specify 'what' brilliantly, but have no answer as to why or the underlying causation

    I think you have it the other way around.

    QM and GR specify how things happen, but don't specify what these events actually happen too.
