The following combines elements of the physical and the metaphysical in a pleasing compilation, in my opinion.



Water, while physical, has properties that are still mystifying to science, in that water EXPANDS when it cools, opposite to other elements.

Sound has frequencies which interact with our biology in ways that science also does not yet clearly understand.

Merely by the physical act of smiling, you can influence your body chemistry, even if at first you must physically force this expression upon yourself. Repeating the gesture becomes easier and has measurable effect upon our physiology.
