Makes sense Prof. Spacetime fabric, aether, dark energy, all of these seem to be the same. Its just that they are nomenclatured differently. Else we would be dealing with too many particles and too many fabrics.

All the quarks and protons and neutrons and electrons were created within a fraction of a second after the big bang when energy was sufficient to accomplish that. I believe the excess strings and quarks that does not make up our 4% visible universe is the ether. That is my thought Dipayankar

In Hinduism we have the five elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and sky. I dont think you can categorise sky as aether.

No, dip, but you could categorise 'the heavens' as aether.

Our five modern day forms of matter is Solid (Earth), Liquid (Water), Gas (Air) and the 5th element Ether. I agree "the heavens" mentioned in the Bible would be the Ether.

Leskey, though I do not doubt the wisdom of our historic forefathers, but for them (at least all the religions I know), the earth was the center and hence there was no rquirement of any aether. Anything that happened was bcause it was meant to be good or bad to earth.

This to me Dipayankar is God creating the ether to cover the void so light and the rest of creation can happen.

Well slight difference here Prof, since I do not believe that God exists. However there is no difference on the existence of aether/spacetime/dark energy
