OK, I forgot every…
…But I do remember one thing—and only one thing: energy, for that is the thing nowadays.
The thing is the What. There's Time, but that is only the motion of the What. So—Then, Now, and When are all derivative of the What (the Thing) and don't really exist, except seondarily.
There's no How or Why, for the Thing just is, plus any higher ravelings of it (for the Thing is energy).
The Where is just a place in its own space where the Thing (energy) lumps itself together in whirling balls that seem solid through their swirling.
So there is only one thing: the Thing (The What—the Energy).
So, thanks for telling me just one thing and not 50 pages of things, like some others do about Things.
Now, since I forgot every thing but one thing, where are my car keys?

Yes, Mikal, I'll tell you one thing (that's the limit) You went back to basics and then reformed, kind of like reform school, only much better. Energy is all there is— and if we lose our energy we'll have to take vitamins.

Austintorn...don't take the vitamins...recent news is that we have believed in something that although believeable...was totally a misunderstanding because of course we are living in a world trying to get well...peddling all drugs is more a money venture than it is a wellness journey...
