You have to change the properties of the image so that the image in Word reflects the right location of the picture. You should see a url in the image properties of Word where you can change the location. When you right click the pic in Word, there should be a menu item that says "properties" or "formatting" to change the above.
Hey Nobody,

I just asked Neutralino in a pm if it's possible to copy Microsoft word to a disc...

If that's possible I can send the disc to Austin and/or yourself - I've got a lot of editing invested in Wordsoft Micro in the past week, that's not here in the Articles section of ToeQuest.

I am woefully ignorant of how to follow your instructions for conversion.

Will get back to you about this ASAP.

Thanks for being there (and here also).

We're here cuz we're not all there!

Another option is to just upload the doc file that you have, as is, and I can open it on mine and convert it to html or pdf or whatever. It's alot simpler.

'... just uppload the doc file that you have'...

Which file? The microsoft or the ToeQuest article?
The microsoft word is the most edited edition - do you mean I can 'upload' that, or are we talking about the ToeQuest Article?

Can the text and images of Microsoft Word be copied to disc?

Sorry it took so long to get back, RP. I was referring to the MS Word document you have saved on your computer. If you can upload that, I can download it onto mine.

You can put what you like, as it is on your Word, onto a recordable disc if you want, but I don't see the need to go through all that.

Well, Nobody, I'm in the process of learning how to upload, when I know how to do that, doesn't the upload need a destination point? Where is it going?

Why don't you just attach the document to an email and send it that way?

Thank you very much for the instructional advice, Neut - everymansmedium (John) just talked me through a successful transmission of the entire 276 page Microsoft rendition of the issued document.

He has provided a landing zone for it, on the net, which I am making accessible to Nobody and Austin (Not necessarily in that order?)

Ok, good. Glad to hear that you've got it sorted!
