I'm at work where there's restrictions, so I can't view your video. But your proton ought to look something like this:



It isn't a material object, it's basically a knot in space. Note the directions of the crossing points. You have to look at alternate crossing points otherwise you count them twice. It depends where you start, but start at the bottom right and follow round the trefoil, and the crossing point directions are up, down, and up. The quarks are the lobes, if you try to separate them it's like pulling at elastic, as per the bag model. The gluons are an abstraction for what is in essence the tensile strength of space.

Take a look at the video when you have chance. My proton has three quarks, and if you spin it in the other direction it becomes a neutron.

This method can create about 14 million different particles, not sure which one might be the anti proton !?!?!?
