I just read a good portion of the first post on this thread. Interesting theory you have here. I find it a bit complicated as I believe the universe is much simpler than anyone has considered. However, you make some good arguments. I will continue to read and submit questions as I have time.

The Role of the Vacuum Energy (VE)

Mainstream physics has become embroiled in the search for dark matter (DM), as a means to explain the rotation of the galaxies, and now, dark energy (DE) to underpin the supposed expansion of the visible universe. Alongside these mysteries we have no viable mechanism for time and some rather dubious explanations for radioactivity involving quantum tunnelling. Let’s suppose, for a minute, that all of these phenomena are linked by a single factor, based on the above TOE. The Dance of Shiva proposes that the vacuum energy provides such an underlying mechanism for much of what we cannot explain otherwise.

Time
It is proposed that the VE provides the mechanism which controls time. A Feynman diagram describes the interaction between two particles and the point of interaction is where they decohere to become apparent in the real world. But suppose that these two dimensional interactions actually require a third particle from the VE in order for the sum of their probabilities to exceed the critical value. The VE, whether random, or having an underlying pattern, would then provide an explanation for the march and the forward arrow of time. The particles responsible are normal particles but come forth from nowhere and then retreat back to nowhere after serving their purpose; when serving this purpose they are collectively called ‘chronons’ – the particles of time.

Galaxy Formation
The formation of the galaxies is purported to be due to small variations on the density of matter which results in a form of coagulation into the stars, planets, moons, asteroids, comets and galaxies that we observe. Reproducing this has proved difficult and a different mechanism is proposed. If chronons are necessary for decoherence to occur then a variation in the density of the VE would bring about a rapid concentration of real matter as it would be attracted to the area of concentration. It is argued that DM is a myth and the anomaly in the rotation of the galaxies is due to an underlying pattern in the VE. Expansion, if it is eventually proved to be taking place, may also be explained by variations in the VE.

The Weak Force
The process of radioactive (RA) decay is well understood in mathematical terms but the underlying mechanism is poorly presented. RA requires a particle to ‘jump’ from an over heavy parent atom out into nowhere without any apparent linkage. If the VE is required for decoherence to take place then another possibility occurs. If the critical value of probability can be achieved by just two particles i.e. when both have very high probabilities, then the surplus particle of the radioactive material may jump out to interact with a very high value chronon. If the VE has an underlying pattern, or even just a statistical pattern, then this provides the explanation for ‘half life’.

It may be it's not truly 3 dimensional but instead a holographic 2-D function (the senses perceive things in 2 dimensions, time is more of a dimension of computation).

I'd been trying to work with things at a very broad scale of just information and computation and a recurring theme for various reasons was how various information pathways can appear synchronized in their motions in time depending upon the relatively prime characteristics of their periods and this lead to some experiments using algorithms similar to a computation of the greatest common divisor.

Notice that we could interprete this to be a distorted or "warped" 3-D space.
