Each piece of a puzzle fit into place is progress toward seeing the whole picture. This is not intended as a TOE, but an attempt toward unification of physics, one piece of the TOE puzzle.

Current unification attempts, the various string and m-theories, require "extra" dimensions, do not further Relativity or Quantum theory, and are extremely complex. These theories do not provide insight into the origin of matter or the "Big Bang", develop or explain the forces, the Cosmological constant, Hawking radiation, dark matter, or the matter/anti-matter imbalance, or provide clear explanation of experiments slowing (or stopping) light, or sending "hyper-luminal" signals. In short, they fail.

Unification should follow the same pattern, laws, or rules at all levels of examination, unless a clear reason can be provided. It should accept Relativistic, Quantum, and Classical theories as valid close approximations within their limits and develop close approximations of these theories within those limits. It should extend, and perhaps simplify, current theories while bridging the gaps between them.

Unification should not require anything undetectable or untestable as it's basis. It should not suffer when subjected to Occam's razor. It should not be valid in only a 4 dimensional point of view, but up to the 4 dimensional Universe we observe.

I'm certain that much of this approach will need refinement, it is a work in progress. Constructive critique is welcome, but please remember this is not a full TOE, just a piece of the puzzle.
