    The harmonic universe

If you have ever played a guitar then your are probably familier with harmonics at some level. Every atom can be viewed as a harmonic entity. With it's positive particles being peaks of the vibration on a guitar string, its negative being the valleys and the number of vibrations being its neutral elements.
What if all matter in the universe as we see it is the result of single excited Photon traveling at speeds infinatly faster than light? A single photon able to occupy all space at all time. Where every instance of distance is filled with an example of this single photon.
If this is true then all instances of energy would be the sole territory of this single photon. Even our thoughts would be a result of this excited little item.
Have you ever wondered how we creat something that never before existed? Well, if this photon is the source of our thought energy, would it also know all that we know, have known and will ever know? And wouldn't all of our thoughts be a part of that superluminal superhiway of information.
As we develope as a species we are somehow able to retain more and more information though our brains have not developed much beyond what we had 10000 years ago. Our brains could simply be a card catlog of sorts, and the information is actually stored in the collective of the universe. Photon not being bound by time or distance could store all information ever from all points of the universe, and simply allowing us access to that information in bits and pieces as it feels we are ready to learn it.
Every science fiction book ever written could be a slight insight to another planet somewhere in the universe, every pinting of a thing never seen by human eyes could be a landscape of an actual place at some time in the future or past.

Cool Music makes the world go 'round...

so the photon would be a kind of DNA for the species? Interesting. I agree with the notion of harmonics (obviously!) and I wonder when we theorize about how things are, whether we consider that the vibrations have aural capacity?

A little more on the subject.

What is sound exactly? Any schooled individual can tell you that sound is a wave of pressure change. But what is it exactly? Why does the vibration of a speaker produce a wave in the first place? The atoms of the speaker cone react with the atoms of the air around it that reaction causes a pressure wave of slightly compressed air. That wave then travels outward until the surrond air pressure depletes its energy. Energy is the real culprit. The atoms of the preaker cone have a motion of their own, a vibration. this vibration creates a barrior to other large atoms (molecules). When the speaker cone extends itself outward the energy of the atoms in the cone transfer small bits of their energy to the atoms outside, which in turn excites them and compresses them into other atoms. So even sound is an electrical dance, and since light is the energy that is electricity, or energy then it stands to reason that our ears are intrepreting light at some level. Now the cells in my brain send a small electrical pulse to my mouth and vocal cords, producing speach, and thereby communicate my thought to another person, that thought being broken down into a cruder form of energy, then that energy is absorbed by that person and reconfigured into yet another electrical charge and sent to the brain to be decoded.
Sound is often viewed as a rather mundane energy source, but it is energy, and by speaking to one another we are in essence beaming energy accross space to be receive by another source. When you read this you are actually seeing my thoughts using only light. Because our eyes are designed to enterprit these waves just like our ears are designed to enterprit longer waves we can transfer thought at the speed of light.
The real question is, does the source of all the energy in the universe have to be deaf, and blind to the nformation it carries? If it is, then we are alone in the univese and there is no god and we a doomed to complete extinction. If however, light can store the information it carries, then it would have al the information in the universe at it's disposal. And since light travels at the speed it does time does not exist for it, so it would have all the information ever created in the past present and future. If our particular part of that information is indeed stored in light, then our thoughts and feelings and experiances are also sored there forever.
So maybe the writes of some of the more popular religous books werent that far from the truth after all. The bible being the most popular makes me wounder the most. "god created the heavens and the earth" if light has memory then light would be the sentient creator of all things. "I am the light, and the way" self explanitory. Remember what I said about os picing up bits and pieces of the information stored in light? Lets call that devine inspiration, now the writers of these ancient text dont seem so far fetched. If light has memory then it fulfils all the requirements of god. It is the thing that gives us life, makes all things, and inspires us to learn.
Maybe thats too zealouse, but if light has the ability to store all information ever imagine every thought you have ever had being shared with the source of that energy. Light would know every good or bad thing you had ever thought or done. That is a very scary thought for me since I am no angel.

You have hit the nail on the head my friend, all is stored, all things, much like a c,c,tv monitor, and light and thought are the medium from which it is stored.Karma is the monitor, mind and light are its Tools?

    Unhappy You bet!

In the eighties a japanesse doctor discovered [and proved] that WATER "has memory." It is amazing that there are a great number of incredules hanging around among us that denied such evidence.
A clear evidence of memory storage is in our DNAs as we all pretty know very well by now. Even a MAGNET is a memory of spin directionality in the same angle between molecules. Today magnetic fields are used in electronics to store information [music, video etc]. When a human being encounter a melody that brings up old memories the actual emotions are stored in its harmony.
when colors mix with each other they produce a new color never seen before, in a sense that new color or that new sound composed by a complex mixture of others is a new "reality."
We accept our physical reality as we perceive it in its many ways of representation. Our measuring instruments [known in quantum mechanics as the "apparatus"] are limited by their own universe-impossed limitations and rules. Think about this! An electron is always being measured in our "apparatus" as an electron...It "feels" like a particle and even though we have proved its wavy nature, we still have to consider it as a particle. The problem and the actual dilemma is that when E-M energy "collapse" into out sensors it is just as a particle. Inside an atom there is no collapsing at all, so energy spin freely and interact with "equals" creating a new reality we can not explain if we try to keep talking about particles that exist independently...

    Cool energy = information?

VERY interesting. but I don't think communication is limited to the means of communication. When someone is talking to you, you get a sense of their meaning non-verbally as well, no?
