Empathy arises as sensations sensed,
we cannot be anymore compassionate, or anymore anything.
Compassion arises spontaneously as and when external stimulus dictates
just as the sight of a wounded animal spontaneously brings about an act of compassion,
much the same as our bodies will tell us when to eat.

Our natural state is of emptiness / or no-mind like that of deep sleep
when we awaken in the morning our senses kick in once again
our body then moves and functions according to stimuli and sensation sensed.

Every action and thought precedes that .. which came before it
our senses function on demand as and when needed via sensory data,
knowledge on demand is ok
otherwise we don't know, not until our senses sense,
then all data is instantly re-cognized and known [one with the knowing]

Emotions & thoughts etc, spontaneously appear in consciousness
via sensory data all arising in this now. .... it is not who we are,
we are the (experiencing) of these senses sensed .. and not them.

Every-thing including our senses, only ever appears in the NOW ..
arising and falling.
The idea of a past is identification with the conceptual overlay,
a data recall or our memory,
bringing the thought of a presumed past into the present,
but this is only ever appearing in the ( NOW )

Our faculties needed for,
seeing, hearing, tasting, feeling, smelling. knowing, are already present
at our 'apparent conception' they do not evolve.
they are .. ONE with the knowing.
A baby recognizes it's mothers face and smell instantly on contact.
Yet can 'we' ever remember seeing or smelling or tasting anything ..
as a baby ?
Awareness / Consciousness knows all things in this conception.
Yet who knows how this conception conceived: IS inconceivable.


The faculties for our senses are already present at conception,
they are sensed and re-cognized on demand, via our senses,
after the sensation ceases, nothing remains, until it arises again on demand,
within this gap between the senses sensed, there is nothing and no-one
( no concept in mind )
there's just aloneness, complete aloneness, silent presence,
this cannot be defined it is beyond the reach of the senses and the knowing,
and cannot be controlled for ( IT IS ) these very senses [One with the knowing]

These senses, this knowing, this power,
AWARE of even these words appearing on the computer screen NOW
is Deathless and Eternally Divine.

Nothing survives in pure awareness for there is no distinction or discimination.
This is the state we are in when in deep dreamless sleep.
All identification with pain pleasure and joy fade to nothing.
AS they are revealed to be of the ONE SOURCE

This pain and pleasure 'appears' or arises in the body mind organism,
it is when this 'apparent' body mind organism identifies and
clings to the sensations sensed, ''AS being who they are''
they will feel agitation in either it's presence or absence.

When 'we' are aware that 'we' are( IN ) awareness,
NOT awareness is IN us
there is a freedom from attachments to a particular feeling,
and these states are no longer hankered after.
All that remains is the knowing and the satisfaction
that ANYTHING can appear as a celebration of this eternal being-ness, our true identity.
The 'apparent' body mind organism is the experiencing of these sensations,
but are NOT the experience.

No-thing can be experienced for one very good reason
for no-one or thing exists .. except as an 'appearance' in this conception.

Pure Awareness contains pain and pleasure and does not discriminate.
It is freedom .


AWARENESS of this is freedom and unconditional love.

Yep, words come out like an arrow spontaneously,
just as an arrow points 'out there' but cannot point to itself,
words can only point to this indescribable, unimaginable, mystery.

Awareness contains every-thing, like a CD contains all data.

Being aware of awareness transcends all knowledge,
an assumed identity with an 'i' is dropped the 'entity' merges with its eternal source.
Knowledge known by no-body.

Although in reality there is no separation between emptiness and form
they are ONE.. so no-thing to merge, it is the end of the personal little 'i' story, it is the WHOLE story.
It is the end of the identification with a separate form.
=eternal beingness = a peace that passeth all understanding.
