Mel,
Bringing in Graybeard again? Nice friend.
I didn't run and quit; you did as you stated; I went to have dinner, so, you were incorrect. Nor do I make you do things. As for posting the picture and complimenting me again, it is not necessary, although I am eternally grateful for your vision of me.
You posts are far from a good advertisement of your way of the One Being (which now surpasses the old unity and one); you are losing credibility for your way, not to mention disruption of a forum meant for exchange of ideas.
— In the Zone —
The highest zone is absolute happiness,
’Though even the best can slip to well-being,
And sometimes, down into the bearable zone;
Next come the anger, apathy, and death zones.
— The (D)anger Zone —
Once we drop into the anger zone, the
Analytical mind cuts out, giving way
To the primitive reactive mind, a
Moronic state in which even beige seems black.
— Thus, All Become Equal —
The simple reactive mind “thinks” that, say,
A perceived bad tone equals insult equals
Hate equals great anger equals lash out
Equals big fight equals kill equals death.

Austie....revelation here to me...Most people I meet have no idea of what I mean when saying "the reactive mind." We evidently share the same understanding dear....smiles

Well, Mikal, we must be made for each other!
People who have no foresight or beliefs about their moods or beliefs or reactions fall for their own dark thoughts hook, line, and sinker; then sink and spiral further down into the abyss of endarkenment.
Lost is the person who cannot remember the future.
Anger usually has no brains. Reactors go nuclear and self destruct. The enlightened detach and cool off by just watching the parade go by.

.... Once a few years back I was speaking to a woman on line by posting and she was later discovered working in the intel community .. federal reserve documentation stuff US of one sort or another then off to the gulf she went from virginia ...
very nice lady .. one aspect of communication stands out she taught me you mention above in a revisit of ponder and that is the importance of hearing a voice to the words and in so simple an act she was a person and i to her the same ... so strange this personification perceived with out the audio ... and so much just in the mind at times to make of it as we will. ... Austin, it's ok, go on then, because you know me, more than i know myself,
You appear to know much about my character traits, you really have got me all sussed out haven't you.
It's all So pre-meditated, you go off to lunch, and return with all your venom.
You're very good at that. Do you feel superior now, do you feel better.?
I've also done it to people,
Then of course, you have to be the final knife in the back, so you take command and get the final say,
you wield your big motor mouth at mine to shut me up in your usual fashion.
You really act like you detest me, sorry i must really get on your nerves.
I've never had a problem with anyone on this forum, until lately.
I was not implying that you had run. I was joking about that.
But as per usual you all gang up, and take this forum thing all so very seriously.
Because you've got nothing better to do with your lives.
Austin you know so much about people and how life works, it's breathtaking.
I'm wondering if you are GOD
Are You ? .. this powerful separate guy in the sky,
because you certainly act like it.
So yeah, feel free to beat me, bash me, just like you love to do, i can take it, i'm bullet proof.
I'll leave you and your poodles to talk shop,
because i wouldn't want to cramp your styles now would I
Mikal it would not surprise me if you scooped up my post
to deliberately trip me up, i'm beginning to wonder,
you really cannot handle the truth can you.
People don't like to be told they don't actually exist as a separate entity,
so it's not surprising there are these conflicts, between us.
So i will leave you two to battle it out now.
I mean you have all the answers, and you know how things are,
way better and above everybody else don't you.
You've got it all worked out. Well done to you.
And yet you know absolutely nothing about the real me,
You just make comments about how enlightened people are supposed to act and be.
You haven't got a clue austin.
So i guess it's up to you educated people to save the world.
What a joke.....
ps.....austin ...you are a very ugly and cruel person.

You are wrong to assume, my posts are a good advertisement of the way of the one being.
All i have ever said through-out this forum is that all there is... is awareness/consciousness, within in which every-thing appears.
I am not saying that this is the truth, i am merely saying something that is self evident.
Of course we don't know for sure, of or how consciousness works, we will never know, it is the eye searching for the eye.
I've never doubted that myself.
So why make stupid comments about ''the way a one being should be''
the one being expresses as every-thing, including your ugliness and my ugliness, and not forgetting hitler.
All expressions of being.
What you don't seem to get into your thick skull is this......
It is not about ''what I am'' but That I Am ...
Awareness will survive the folly of mankind and his tactless remarks and his nuclear bombs, oh yes it will survive all that.
You monkey brains are going to be the ones to lose out, not awareness.
that is what i'm trying to say.
And quit with the endarkenment and enlightenment bullshit.
there is no such thing.
There is only eternal awareness.
Completely detached and undeterred by your comments.

Sorry austin, there is no 'death' or 'birth' or a ''you'' or a ''me''
There is only ETERNAL life..... as it is...as it ''appears''
And it ''appears'' as no-thing and no-one.
The reality is an illusion, and every human interpretation of it.
Is NOTHING but a tale told by a fool full of noise and fury signifying NOTHING.

You Have Mastered Your Life.
Please stop being so condescending and patronizing ... it really is so boring.
I'D never ever spoken to you once, until mikal joined the forum.
Then you changed, and started to interfere with your self assuming opinions.
Please will you get of my back and leave me alone.

— The Weak Link —
The mind is quite weak in the fighting off
Of emotions, for they have a direct
Pathway into consciousness—inhibiting
The rational, thinking part of the brain.
— Primitive Controllers —
Emotions usually take sole control,
Brain logic relegated to the sidelines,
Being ineffective against a mood;
It’s a wonder what’s really is in charge.
— You’re History —
Reason and emotion are hard to coordinate,
Each having a separate pathway to the mind;
That perhaps is all there is to tell about the
Miseries and follies of human history.
— The Stain on the Brain —
Emotions are slow to react to logic,
Like molasses or slow forming crystals,
Or not at all, like rocks, blocking us.
Unless and until they change, progress halts.
— Molecular Events —
The way that we think and feel depends but
Upon chemicals—neurotransmitters
Like Dopamine and Serotonin that
Fluctuate; so—how meaningful are weird moods?
— The Creative Solution Space —
Let reactions sail on by—just observe them,
But don’t act on them. This puts some distance
Between you and your conditioned response,
A space which grants a modicum of free will.
— Free Will and Free Won’t —
When extreme thoughts arrive, uninvited, as
Most thoughts do, we veto them, saying “don’t”,
For while we can never will that which does
The unconscious willing, we do have “free won’t”.
— ‘I’ —
From its safe subjective place that’s free of fear,
The “soul”, our Conscious Awareness, can witness
The strange thoughts and emotions that surface
On the mind, sent there by the subconscious brain.
— The Drama of the Trauma —
Conscious Awareness, which can but witness,
Is a safe haven from which to observe
The drama of our lives playing in our minds,
Granting us a sobering distance from it.

— The Naturalization of Heaven —
Life should be euphoric, like spring fever,
As in those rare moments of ecstasy
When one is in the zone and cannot miss;
So—let some aversive substrates be removed!
— The New Norm —
Some people are just a little bit crazy,
With a mild mental illness, some genes awry;
We call them inept, heartless, offbeat,
Even persistent, though interesting.
— Inherent Properties? —
Why should the wetness of water result
From the mix of hydrogen/oxygen?
How can cells, blood, heart, and nerves make life?
It is just so. So does matter make mind.
— Mind = Brain? —
Change the brain and consciousness changes too.
Take drugs and the emotions change as well.
Damage the brain and the mind’s damaged too.
Consciousness emerges only from the brain?
— Identity Crisis? —
The brain could be the mind, and vice-versa,
So there is no need for the mind to turn
The brain’s water into wine, if there’s
No wine that’s separate from the water.
— The Looking Glass —
Is consciousness emergent from the brain,
Somehow, a fundamental phenomenon?
Could it be the brain perceiving itself,
Something we might like to call the mind’s ‘I’?
— The Ultimate Basic —
Consciousness may be fundamental,
Like mass, space, and time, and would require
No explanation—just arising:
Mind: it matters; matter: ever mind?
— Inside and Outside —
Pain’s not the same as the nerves that cause it,
Yet, mind, apart, couldn’t conserve energy.
Perhaps, our “info” exists in two ways:
Consciously and neurologically.
— What’s Left? —
In identifying consciousness,
We often confuse what is floating in
The stream of consciousness with the water itself;
Thus, we note not the sea in which we “see”.
