Exactly, Sally, it's all connected.

Newton's absolute space and time equals absolute speed which equals instantaneous action/reaction; whereas space and time are relative to the gravitational time dilation of variable velocities of the speed of light.

Correlated to consciousness: unconsciousness with the absolute space-time frame; subconsciousness with the relative functioning due to an infinite number of relative velocities based on the wave function; and consciousness to the finite observable universe based on the wave collapse.

We were conditioned by our parents to think we are a separate special individual .. they also are conditioned by their parents .. i think this is how idolatry is born .. enter narcissism, fear and self loathing,
blah, blah, blah! ..
instinctively, & intuitively we know who we are .. but we get lost in the personal story of me or little i .. so we forget our true identity .. When we endure, and survive our life traumas / dramas ..
it is because our heart knows the truth but our minds / ego can trick us ..trip us up ..

Heaven is here on earth .. there is no-thing to ''GET'' it's 'US' already .. the hurting is just the pain / chaos you don't like .. but it's not real you only think it's real .. but where are those thoughts ..
can you find them ?
let go of the idea of pain and there remains neutral being .. the eternal one .. appearing as 'you' .. and as you all things are sensed and felt ..when we identify these sensations as personal .. we will suffer ..
so suffering is illusional .. it's not there .. knowing this is freedom and pleasure .. the natural state .. from which we are never separated from .. ever ..
i know you know all this drifter .. i'm writing this down it is an understanding of our reality unfolding day by day .. writing it down and sharing it with others ..
it changes personal reality ..
although nothing changes on the impersonal, unchanging, unaffected, immutable, timeless, screen of eternal awareness ..
it is always just this .. the eternal now moment .. the experiencing of all that is and isn't ..the hall of mirrors .. one without a second ..

the opposites in duality are merged they are two sides of the same coin .. each needed for the experiencing to occur .. you cannot have one without the other .. or prefer one over the other ..
you have to take the rose with the thorns .. without duality this dream of consciousness / life would not be possible ..just like when you dream at night there is a dreamer dreaming the dream ..
even that is illusion ..and real ..

What appears is at the same time disappearing, the arising and the passing away, a single movement, without beginning or end. This is the preciousness of life, this amazing constellation of feelings, thoughts, sensations, and the mystery of wakefulness that illuminates them all, here and then gone in a flash.

And the extraordinary paradox is that this which is ever changing is, at the same time, changeless. A bird, a tear, a star- all the movement of a single life, one ocean dancing as a thousand different waves and yet always remaining itself.
