Hey Drifter, you should have said the macro-infinite non-occupied metaphysical spatiality, that has no shape, and certatinly not spherical.
The presumed, finite, occupied spatiality( physical universe ) may expand outward into, or contract inward away from the macro-infinite, non-occupied spatiality.
The finite physical universe may be spherical but my best guess is that it is more blobular i.e. its outer periphery set of surface-like events, are in eternal fluctuations, even as the whole of our finite physical universe may be expanding or contracting.
One of my favorite web pages that comes closes to approimating this scenarion is as follows:

Certainly Drifter, that even with our known, very large universe, we can fall into feeling minisule, however, in considering a physical universe that sub-divides its parts micro-infinitely, is far more bizarre on the pyschie/mental thoughts of what is normal.
I am personally torn between there being either:
1) macro-micro infinite, non-occupied metapahysical spatially in complement to a macro-micro finite physical universe, *OR* 2) A macro-infinite, non-occupied metaphysical spatiality in complement too, a micro-infinite occupied spatilaity physical universe.
I hope you can appreciate and distinguish the differrent scenarios I've given here. Very few seem to get it.
This is one reason I like Nobodys view, he seems to get the aspect of a macro-infinite non-occupied metaphysical spatiality, even if he is not on board with my other scenarios, yet.
