Austin, you poet;
I knew you were a lover and believed in love. Something both theist and atheist are able to agree upon. Thanks for the poem.
Best to you,
Profat
P.S. I guess chimps, bottlenosed dolphins, and elephants are aware of themselves, so you might be right about it being just a matter of time. But until that time I'll challenge any one of the three to a game of chess. I'll probably lose.

Yes. Here's more:
What Love’s
Made of
____________
Some may ask of Life: How does one find love?
Life says, Be still! Don’t look far or above;
Stop—let love’s butterfly alight on you,
For that’s the touch that romance is made of.
Love lightens life’s cross of heaviness,
Its dreams coloring the drowsy darkness.
Love’s subtle hues paint life’s panorama,
For it’s the bond that secures completeness.
Some can’t seem to give a love that’s fair,
Or won’t—since they don’t even care to share,
Or, worse yet, they waste love by hoarding it;
So therefore I must give more than my share.
Let me give all the love that ever was
Of such and more I have been dreaming of.
I hear the call from within and above:
To live this life for the purpose of love.
I mend broken hearts with a love that’s real,
Drying the tears of sadness that congeal.
I weave living dreams out of fantasies,
For I believe that life should be ideal.
Life suddenly fits me like a glove,
As I float on feelings like a dove,
Renewed energy giving a shove.
Well, could it be that I am in love?
Strong, in the heart of the working day,
My love for you burns the hours away;
Long, in the soul of sleep’s deepest night,
I’m with you like a dream that will stay.
Like living lenses, we mirror our love;
In feedback loops images spiral above,
Echoing as infinite reflections
Which fill up the scene—that’s what love’s made of!

The Simple TOE That Explains ALL
Before time was the timeless—all at once;
Before form was the formless—everything.
Existence had to be since something IS,
For nonexistence was an impossibility.
Quarks, photons, and electrons form from
Possibility, either a lot or a bit,
(Along with dark matter, dark energy)
Which collects from gravity into stars.
The strong force stabilizes matter,
The weak force disperses matter;
Electromagnetic force allows movement.
Gravity arises out of all the above.
Stars generate the basic elements;
Supernovae generate all the rest.
These atoms form molecules that lead to
Life’s complexity—from simplicity.
RNA tracks successes, failures meet death;
Luck, time, and accidents evolve the species.
Appearances in motion grant our being
Through their what-where and then-now-when.
The brain interprets reality and puts
A face on the waves of sound, light, color, touch,
And a sense on molecules’ smell and taste.
Consciousness is the brain’s perception of itself.
We operate through the where-to and where-from,
Using the what-then and the what-when of matter,
Leading to history, progress, wishes,
And rememberiance, or being—
All made possible through the movement of
Appearances that creates past (then) and
Future (when) through the now, along with
Matter (what) in space’s place (where).
So, the TOE:
Being = matter moving through space from possibility.

Hello Austintorne,
I admire your artistic and metaphysical energy and creativity, and well, why not, if you think there's more to the universe than just matter moving about, why not try to fill in the 'extra' you think it needs to be more plausible. But I hope you understand that practically the whole of the past centuries of modern philosophy has made philosophers very careful in this line of thought. My advice would be: present it all in a nice essay, refer to science and philosophy, and present it as a kind of work of art.
