LOL .... its not a big issue. For the record Kristofferson wrote, sung and released Bobby Mcgee long before Janis Joplin had even heard of it. it was actually a hit and received wide play on radio.

I agree that janis Joplin made it famous .... But you wouldn't want someone else claiming your theory would you ....
