Yes, I have had some professional review, but received from most the I-dare-not-touch-it kind of response. And though I spoke to Nobel prize winners, so far, only Dr. Hossein Arsham of the University of Baltimore made a reference to my book, in his book 'Zero Saga in Four Dimensions.'
He mentioned about my book: "This is a book in the spirit of the Weinberg's "Dreams of a Final Theory," which of course is a great honor for me.
If history is any indication, then it is good to hold on to your idea!
For your other remark about science and everything (and god), I have to remark we have two definitions of god to work with. One is the definition of god on the outside of matter (controlling or not, that is not the point right here), while the other is the definition of god that includes both that what is outside of matter plus matter itself.
We can use both definitions of god and for each we can come to a ToE. Yet we cannot use both definitions of god at the same time and come to a ToE, unless we accept as premise that even god is not covered by a single definition (which is the same as using each definition all the way to each outcome in a ToE and never mix-matching them).
If we make a choice for one of the two definitions, then we have taken a step too far. We will then use everything in favor of the one definition we accepted to undermine everything we can from that part that is 'not right' in the other definition.
P.S. Nice car, Pat!
