    Re: An Idea

    Hi Mikal;

    Thanks for that post. I think most physicists believe that cosmic radiation (light), was created at the beginning.

    My issue with the Void is that It is necessary to receive the Universe. You have a Creative (Force) and a Receptive (Force), the yin/yang, which extends even to that which is beyond the Universe.

    So my thought is that we didn't come from the Void, rather our Universe is still expanding within the Void.

    But my limited research bore only the acknowledgement from the established community of physicists that they don't know, or it's beyond their scope, or a rather confusing description which they admit is not understandable.

    Best,

    Pat

    Re: An Idea

    Hi Prof...there is an entire chapter in this book called Into the Void and because my science is bare bones I am finding I have to read and reread that section to break it down for me to understand.
    Basically your statement that our universe is still expanding within the void could be what he is postulating here because he is definitely saying that creation is ongoing...
    I sure understand the don't know and the seeking to know and I find Haisch is more willing to explore more possibilities. I find his theory very plausible and coming from a scientist and astrophysicist it is indeed refreshing...
    I hope you can find the book, it is has been for me very educational because of course he speaks of so many aspects of science, varying theories and theorists and lots of science laws I was finding difficult to grasp...I find him to have a good grasp of unitive science....

    Regards Mikal
    If I see a train coming and your on the track...if I don't tell you, it will be a pity for you and a shame on me....

    I see a galaxy afar. The space in between us is expanding. Is it 'into' or is just that more space being created?

    What about Einstein, Prof. Isn't he one of your favorite guys who said mass forms space and vice-versa, or something like that?

    Reality now pulsates, in real structured sequence.
    A field that’s present throughout space immense,
    Out of which all particles can condense—
    Occurring where the field’s extremely intense.

    Atoms are those bundles of inertia,
    The knots in the field and fabric of space;
    Yet matter defines the structure of space…
    So the Yin is in the Yang, and vice-versa!

    What about Einstein, Prof. Isn't he one of your favorite guys who said mass forms space and vice-versa, or something like that?No problem, I agree totally because he was talking about our universe, not the nothing outside it. Imagine that raisin bread expanding, only the raisin bread is expanding and everything is in that raisin bread BUT the bread itself need the surrounding empty space in which to expand.

    No problem, for there ain't anything there, not even so-called space that is empty.

    You're right Austin "for there ain't anything there", No-thing is there to allow for the expansion. There is either nothing outside our universe or something. I say there is NOTHING outside our universe.

    Re: An Idea

    Maybe a better way of describing it that the universe doesn't expand "into" the void, it only expands "into" itself, like the bread; and there is NOTHING to stop the expansion.
