From that set of formulas corresponding to our physical reality, all things can be deduced.

For the most part I agree with you Max. I think the universe is a mathematical expression. My An Idea is mostly mathematical with the assumption as to what is true in the area of math is also true in the way of our physical reality. I believe in 1 dimensional entities and in dimensional sequencing. When it comes to human dynamics, especially the mental and emotional. it's very difficult to express it in a formula or equation.

Also the formula for the universe would have to include probabilty theory, and the uncertainty principle, and degree of freedom, and asymptotic freedom.

We have 8 octants, and 8 vertices, 8 gluons, E8 a set of vectors in an 8 dimensional real vector space, 7/8 inner dimensions of string theory. The octave and the spectrum, I Ching Trigrams. These 8 "fields" or "domains" I believe hold the key to our inner dynamics.

Math First?

Physics matches the laws of equations.

Sometimes the equations are even found
Before the reality of the law

The Yang-Mills equations that govern gluons
Were discovered before the gluons themselves.

The same with the electromagnetic waves
That were predicted by Maxwell.

The Yang-Mills equations are like
Maxwell’s equations on steroids.

A specific version applies
To the real-world gluons
Of the strong ‘force’ interaction
Using color-charges.

You can describe the properties
Of quark and gluon fields completely,
Using the concepts alone,
Not needing samples or measurements.

Since the objects obey their equations,
The ‘its’ are the bits.

There are regularities in nature
That lend themselves
To math equations and geometry.

Newton and others formed mathematical laws
Of motion and gravity.

About electromagnetic waves—
Let’s think of space anywhere:

A changing electric field produces
A magnetic field and then that produces
A further electric field and so on,
This being a self-renewing disturbance,
That is, what we know as visible light, x-rays,
Infrared and so much more that are
Of this electromagnetic spectrum.

Thus, no aether is required as a medium
For electromagnetic waves to propagate
From here to there.
