I don't know Dipayankar;

I'm able to imagine an open string more like a vortex, than a closed string, because of the shape.
A closed string would be more like the top of a vortex.

Best,

Pat

Do you have a link for this? Is it the helical waveform theory?

Hi Felix;

There are a number of sites for Milo Wolff's theories.
Probably the best is his own site at:
( http://members.tripod.com/mwolff/ )

Just be careful, remember Dr. Schrodinger stuck you in a box to see if you lived or died, and Dr Einstein wanted to stretch you from New York to London.

I'm not sure if I were you I'd want to be around physicists.

Best to you,

Pat

Hi everyone;

A bit off the subject ,but I found this awesome graphic by Austin. It represents to me an alpha particle, with 2 neutrons, seperating yet binding to 2 protons:

Thank you Austin for this image.

Hi Profpat!

I hope you don't mind but I was bored and decided to create an image for you. I re-did your diagram of the Octant. I hope I didn't butcher any of the information on it. You'll probably like yours more but if you want to use mine feel free.

Well thank you KiGs, I appreciate it very much. Unlike myself you must be computer literate. I could only post my hand drawings to the computer because I was unable to do the proper graphics, and I guess too cheap to go to a graphics designer to do a proper job.

Again thank you, and when you have time please comment on my overall Idea if you will.

Very best,

Pat

I like the idea of symmetry but I really don't understand the structure of atoms to have any useful comments. I view everything in 1s and 0s, which is useless for explaining anything except saying.. they are the basic unit in reality. That's as far as I've gotten really, I have a feeling it isn't very far. : )

I think you have the essentials correct KiGs. That being symmetry, duality and the binary code 0/1.

It is these elements that I tried to bring together to form an actual structure.

Best to you,

Pat

Hi Prof/Felix, Arent Vorices supposed to be cyclical in shape? If yes then I wouldnt know how a open string would behave like a vortex...
