IMAGINE ... 'you' are a passenger on a train
the train has no driver it is driving itself
for ever and ever, on it goes in eternity
nobody at the controls , yet driving along quite happily and efficiently all alone and by itself,
the scene out side of the train window constantly moving and changing color
yet the apparent 'you' on the train is motionless sitting still [ just being ]
'you' are the consciousness the experiencing the witnessing
of the constantly changing scene .. [seen] through the window,
these aspects of [ being, seeing, sensing ] are one and the same reality,

the apparent 'you' - 'the train' - 'the outside scenery' - ARE not separate.

All these three aspects are the embodiment of the wholeness and absolute state of this arising IS-ness, NOW.

the 'you' sitting, being, .. is awareness being .. AS you .. 'you' are the seen.

the 'you' experiencing, seeing sensing, .. are the vehicle for awareness.

Awareness = being self aware [ self aware of self ] sensing seeing through you, AS you,'
but not 'you' per se .. 'you' are the phantom, an appearance experiencing the already conceived through awareness.

The conception includes all laws that govern the conceptual universe
from moment to moment, we are the actors in the already written script , [unchanging]

Although life appears to change it does not, it is likened to a plasma tv screen
images flashing on and off .. running endlessly in eternity
just a flickering on our screen of vision .. momentary sensations arising in 'awareness' ..
creating the impression of change and movement
as meaning is associated with the sensory images.

Nothing is actually changing or moving this is all illusional.
'we' mistake this reality to be real,
it is real in a conceptual sense, but it is not unlike our nightly dreams
it is still dream, the dream has come to life, [animated] by light.
the light is the true absolute essence, the phantom is the shadow,
'we' are the reflection of the absolute, the infinite dance of life.

Nothing can/not be real because anything that dies is not real
it is only dream substance, with no reality, like our nightly dreams.

Death is an illusion for nothing was ever born or died
all this apparent substance/ form .. makes an appearance and then disappears/dies
it dissolves back to dust, back into the essence/source from where it never left
so birth and death are an illusion.

Everything is born ever new in every instant .. ever fresh and replenished eternally
does the earth ever look dead, no of course not.
it is flashing in and out of existence like a heart beat. [one without a second]

Death and birth are concepts, they don't exist.
Life is eternal it comes from nothing .. appears for awhile .. then returns to nothing.

'we' are the phantom that appears out of the concord of these sensations sensed
and all arising imaging giving instant meaning to the known, but ever unchanged.

Quite an amazing magic trick really, conjured up .. by a nothing that 'we' will
Never know, because 'we' are that knowing .. ONE with the knowing. [The conceived]
ONE thing cannot know itself .. for one very good reason.
it never existed, it is only a transient temprol appearance in .. [ eternal awareness ]
where is [awareness] .. no-where and every-where. known by no-one. [strange but true]

The choices that 'we' think we make are not us making them,
Consciousness ALONE determines choice/power

The power cannot be controlled .. For IT is the controller ..
all things that appear on the screen of awareness
are inseparable from the sensing sensations of it
instantly manifesting sensations on demand
in accordance with a facet of this infinite conception.

It experiences itself through 'us' the vehicle.
all moments of experiencing by 'us' are as association with the appearance or [phantom]
on a moment to moment basis.
Yet really there are no moments in eternity only timelessness.

Time is an illusion, it is our memory or conceptual overlay,
that recalls an event from a non-existent past,
this memory is brought into our present [presence] via thought ..
creating an illusion of passing time.,
but everything happens in the eternal NOW.
HIS-STORY 'we' are the story the eternal story, 'we' are the dreamed in this dream.

Where are your thoughts .. can you find them hold them in your hand.?
No because Nothing exists ........

'we' can step back and know .. 'we' are the the controlled .. 'we' are [ the seen ]
when we realize this amazing truth .. what else is there to do or say, 'we' metaphorically speaking
are taken care of .. we are in good hands, .. all we have to do is let go and trust,

or Fly with this vastness of our eternal being .. free-falling into the eternal mystery
this amazing magic and wonderment is a gift and it's all free.

Everything you have been conditioned to believe .. is a lie .. BE (LIE) F

Look and notice how nature flourishes unaided without instruction ... she is one with herself.

YOU are not one tiny atom separate from this self- organizing self- correcting natural beauty.

Some of this writing might not make sense to some people, to others it will make perfect sense,
you will always resonate with the absolute truth because 'you'
have no choice 'you' are that truth.

Mostly we are conditioned from birth to think differently to what reality actually is.

I have composed the following essay and would like to share it on the TOE forum, these are my personal thoughts from my study of our world reality
from a nondual perspective.



Don't worry be happy NOW
When we wake up in the the middle of the night
from a nightmare, or a bad dream ,
we then sit up, look around and wonder
and say to ourselves that dream was so realistic,
thank goodness it was just a dream,
here i am safe and well, what a relief,
nothing actually happened, did it.

Sometimes our night dreams are so vivid
we want to escape the terror,
so we wake up from the fear.

Now imagine your waking day life,
your day life is just another dream,
it is an extension or continuation
of this story of eternity, worlds within worlds,
So anything you don't like in this day dream,
you can wake up from ..
just as you wake up from a night time nightmare,

[ Awakening]
is to realize 'you' don't actually exist, 'you' are a phantom,
a figment of your conditioned imagination.
We take ourselves seriously and imagine we are this separate
little person living a separate personal story.

In reality we are [ ONE BEING ] living and experiencing this eternal story [conception]
you can read all about this mass awakening from the internet library,
there you will find a gold mine of information from many many book writers of non-duality,
this realization is the stark truth of our reality, it is not dogma, or religion,
it is fact, most of the great mystics, philosophers, and sages of our times,
including all metaphorical figures including jesus and the buddha,
spoke about non-duality.

We are a temporal appearance in this dance of life.,
with a unique but limited individual perspective,
due to our limited finite mind, body organism,
It's a bit like a tiny cell inside our body
it has a very small life span, for one very good reason,
it dies and as it dies it is instantaneously replaced
by a brand new cell, keeping the organism alive and in good health,
this is a good analogy we can use to point to .. the illusion of birth & death
the tiny cell in your body dies for the good and survival
of the WHOLE organism, .. so nothing is being born or dying, only as appearance,
remember the metaphor jesus talked about,
THE ETERNAL LIFE .. not in a literal sense for the individual organism
but for the WHOLE ORGANISM. The ONE being.

'We' are an aspect, a tiny divine spark of the infinite [ ONE BEING ]
'we' are the experiencing in physicality .. a myriad of diverse forms,
including all animals, fish, plants and trees, but not separate,
just as the fertilized egg forms a new born baby & appears from out of the mother
appearing to be separate but not really,
she was the unseparated source of the babies appearance,

All these apparent things are the substance of the dream, [ The Dreamed]
'we' are the dreamed, and the dreamed cannot dream
because the dreamed don't exist, except as an appearance [dream]
Nothing is in any shape or form separate within the dream,
everything manifests from that what preceded it
every thought 'we' think appears in our awareness triggered by sensory data,
All data is already conceived, perfect and whole, 'we' are exact copies of this data
like a hologram, data is hidden from our consciousness until our senses seek it out on demand,
it will then reveal itself, consciousness aware of itself .. it is ONE with the knowing, [AWARENESS]
the data is re-cognized via our brain, the brain is the antenna
the data does not come from the brain, as we might believe,
for what is a brain? and can you find data inside it, when you cut it open?
just like a radio does not contain the music and the voices inside of it,
the radio is picking up the signals from the surrounding air-waves.
so you cannot find any data inside the brain,
data is no-where and every-where,
it is picked up via our brain triggered by our senses on demand
when the entity organism needs to for it's apparent survival,
all thoughts are triggered by preceding thoughts
creating the appearance of life,
so on and on this dance of life for ONE goes.

THE STORY is being played through 'us' AS 'us'

..... IT has got 'us' ... 'we' ... have not got IT ....

THAT is a comfort and a relief for some,
when we resist this realization we might suffer
because we are going against the natural FLOW / TAO / The Way.

When we sit back and relax into the flow, the moment,
our lives will transform beyond belief,
know that you are eternal divine wisdom,experiencing,
and know that suffering is a mind made illusion,

It is apparent only and it is there to help you SEE clarity
for you will not know the sweetness, until you know the bitter,
when this illusion is seen through, you SEE beauty and good
this is why the buddha was known to have laughed a lot.
clarity is that still small place in your being,
when your actions and thoughts are stilled,
you are in that place when you are in deep sleep,
in deep sleep you are blissfully unaware of the world
and yet you are alive, also the living embryo aware but not conscious
only becoming conscious through sensation.
sensation giving birth to the idea of separateness ,
in reality 'you' are awareness, not the body, the body is the vehicle for awareness,
a vehicle for experiencing to appear in it's own dream.
THAT is who 'you' are by nature... [awareness]

When we are awake from our deep sleep
we are conscious .. 'we' become self conscious
self aware of self .. = self conscious

When we awaken to the realization of the nature of oneness
'we' can take control of our lives
'we' can be more productive, happier, knowing it is a dream,
we become lucid, we can die before we die,
suddenly life can feel more beautiful, meaningful and have a richness
that was never felt before, a blissful intensity can arise as never before
it can feel magical like that of a good night time dream,
one that you never want to wake up from,
when we wake up to this realization
we know that this life is a wonderful amazing dream come true,
It is the dream of the ONE ... 'we' are the many of the ONE
it is the ONE dream animated to real life, as us,
how often do we appreciate this fleeting appearance of our apparent being,
It is when we are taking ourselves too seriously
we will suffer, we need to let go and trust in the universe,
but then who want's to trust in an apparent driverless driver?
that is why we apparently make the futile attempt to control events in our life,
but 'we' don't really need to do that, 'we' just don't know that.

It is only my personal opinion that.......
The media, magazines, newspapers tv etc, etc, are unfortunately
filled with subliminal brainwashing garbage
not everyone sees through this deliberate controlling of our minds.
some people however do see through it,
There is plenty of documentary evidence & research into this phenomena
It is constantly telling us how to look and feel, and live our lives,
it can rob us of our true divine identity, if we are not vigilant,
The hierarchies of the world stage do not want you to know
about your divine nature, they apparently have separate agendas
that do not include you the masses .. this i have realized
through my own personal observations and experiencing,
Why do you think the world is in such a mess
It is somewhat chaotic, what with all the illegal wars and so forth,
all for money and power, greed and territory,
Man made religion is somewhere stuck in the middle of it all,
and where is all this greed and madness getting us?
NOWHERE .... 'we' ... go round in circles like a dog chasing it's tail
and then 'we' call this growth, advancement, and progression.

However these apparent worldly events ..
are all inclusive of the WHOLE earth story,
Awareness .. is unaffected by events, by the stories,
the story plays endlessly on and on in eternity,
it is a game it plays with itself. Hide and seek.

The individual conscious mind body organism can
wake up and realize [ it is ] this unaffected state of awareness
it can become a neutral player in this game,
this is known as enlightenment, yet nobody is enlightened in reality
it is still only the play of the ONE

We need to live closer to our natural state
which is beauty and wonderment,
the way life was intended, remember the story
of the garden of eden, that idea is ours now for the taking if we realize it,
we have been given so much, all things natural are already a given.
Unfortunately we have been seduced by authorities and governments
super egos who supposedly run the world, these people have
brainwashed us into thinking we need material comforts, constant mind stimulation,
and academic success to be happy, and yet paradoxically it is our very own
consumer over indulgence and desires
wanting more and more stimulating technology
these are having the opposite effect of what we really want,
what we are really craving for on a subconscious level,
is peace and love and happiness.
the material world is making us sick & miserable,
we end up in a downward spiral a vicious circle
whereby we eat and drink our way out of the apparent discomfort,
it does not have to be like that.
all this self serving addictive indulgence
is removing us further and further away from the truth of our natural being.

If we SEE through all this illusion, we can live in the eternal
presence of the NOW and know that we are the divine miracle
and that heaven is here on earth right NOW
i mean where else is it going to be.

We don't have to identify with any false belief structures or authority,
when we do not allude to any personal identities and just rest in [ BEINGNESS ]
we dissolve into this timeless presence of our natural divine being.

Only when you constantly think about something will it appear real in your life,
and yet where is the drama to be found after the apparent event?****
it doesn't really exist does it .. except in your thinking about it.****

****Where are your thoughts .. can you find them?
can you hold them and show them to somebody? .. no of course not.

When we**** cling to our thoughts we are creating an illusional world of suffering,
where there is no such suffering except as an idea / concept, in our imagination.

All there is .. is a vast space of emptiness & silence, out from this silence,
all manner of wonders and not so wonders appear and disappear in the same instant.

If you try to grasp or own anything, you won't be able to,
all apparent things objects are concepts / ideas .. existing in your imagination,
just like in your nightly dreams.
You cannot even own love because 'you' are that love.
you are what you are searching for.
Subject and object are ONE

Nothing has any form or substance in reality,
they are appearances only,

With this realization,**** we can disappear into this dream like ice cubes melting / dissolving back into water.
'we' can disappear back into our original eternal essence from where we never left.

****Apparent form appears to have substance, but then disappears into formless no substance,
neither being real or unreal., a recycling .. self- organizing .. self- correcting .. IS-ness arising NOW
Just appearing in awareness, eternally.

We can know all this while in our physical manifestation, it is known as awakening to the dream. [enlightenment]

ALTHOUGH THIS DREAM is already awake, .... it's just that 'we' the little i people ... get lost in our personal little stories.

All is really safe and well, ....... perfectly WHOLE and perfectly DIVINE

Thankyou for both of these articles. I'm sorry I don't respond right away but I'm having a bit of a problem seeing the end of the threads, I think it's my email but even the mods don't know what the problem is and I have to wait about two days before I see the post so my responses may seem out of order and late.

I just read your 'Imagine' beginning with the train ride.

Excellent! wonderfully done.

You certainly have a grasp of this truth. It's actually frightening how well you understand what I call 'Pure Idealism' and I agree with all of your statements, naturally.

That is a very interesting poetic style you have. I saved it with the original formatting.

It's my feeling that this should be taught in schools instead of the other nonsense such as evolution. I'll bet you scare the hell out of your friends, knowing what you know.

I'm going to read 'Be Happy' now but I know I will agree with it fully.
