Like the hologram each cell in the human organism has it's own intelligence, or consciousness. It operates autonomically with any help from the thinking mechanism. When this fundamental consciousness leaves the body, it no longer functions, and life (essential energy-force) as we know it (seen/known), passes on from within it's cartouche/entoumbment, arisen, liberated, free, it returns to it's source (unseen/unknown). The same light that light's the firefly is the same light light that shone from Jesus' eye's and lit his world. One and the same light shines from our eyes and lights our world. It's enigmatic.
