I have found reading such over a few times is more enlightening.

In consideration of the beliefs we hold -E because E or E+ is ~ then 0 is having no belief by the consciousness and belief is then in between and not inclusive to 0 or E.

There is no "0" when the ALL is or can be aware in some quantifiable degree to stimulus and stimulus being in the ALL compared to a void which in its transient form ever changing to not void state and can only be conditional to time quantified being of varied state.

I surprise my self here being able to state that.
