Very interesting. It shows that for every vortex to form, you need two different kind (or sets) of condition. Now if the Universe started as a result of a Vortex, what would be the two different sets or conditions.....

Hi dip ... the author seems to be going down the vortex path, but is further interesting to note the effect in the other link as so reported fails on Saturn when not all the storms are circulating in a counterclock wise direction in the northern hemisphere.

I do not know what the forces would be, rather maybe to look at the condition or state of substance in those a dimension of wanted measure. IMHO g.

i have been pondering your question. ... I posted an eddy in a stream having conditions of a Planck particle stream and paradox view considered of the boundary's being to my rule one ...

ok, getting thoughtful here ... polar state, created by fusion and current as an ongoing event having such exist created "the polar state" and then no matter how far apart a conjoin return ... never such a state where they are too far apart ... at least not forever and ever ...

yin yang, black white, hot cold, positive negative, ... see the pattern there ... I will ponder this some more.

Forces are cyclic in nature but also radial. Hence they lead us from one point to another...
