If I have to choose between your friend's words or belief against Einstein's I choose Einstein since he made the statement himself and published it in a book six years before he die, he had all the time to recant what he said. To me, what he said is equivalent to the solution of unifying quantum mechanics and general relativity which amounted to a TOE.

You're probably right.

Unfortunately, he never like QM, he said God does not play dice. He was right and he was wrong. God only play dice with Himself and He always wins and only loses if He wanted to. In my second guess humble opinion, God does not take the universe as a game of chance since He uses a principle of directional invariance. I would relate this principle to the existence of 'free will' when combined with the reality of 'fate' and 'destiny' it appears as a theory of probability.

Describe the principle of directional invariance or give me a link that describes it the way you believe that God uses it.

AMS did not specify the reason for the rejection. i could have tried other publishers but got sidetracked by personal problems. Now, it's gathering dust and i seem to forget what was it all about. My mind is now playing tricks with two realities: the reality to survive and the reality to do the best I can. I sleep in order to live but not live to sleep all the time.

God uses PDI to create physical reality, for example, the universe. This principle has 8 properties. All must be presented for a thing to exist in the 3D physical world. If an opposite pair of these properties is removed then its 3D existence is gone. It might exist in 2D or 1D. On the other hand if more of these properties are added and repeated and duplicated then the thing can exist in higher and higher physical dimensions. To our reality one of these opposite pair of properties is time. The opposites or degrees of freedom are past and future. Somehow, to extend our reality beyond the 1D of time we need to add one more directional property of time that is square of time or time multiply time. Fortunately, time squared is actually the infinitesimal differential of absolute acceleration which is called second derivative in the calculus of infinitesimals related to the theory of differential geometry.

I'm a substitute math teacher at the city's public school district taking a summer break with no income. The learning center I worked closeby within public transportation gone out of business in February, 2010. I worked there for almost 5 years since 2005.

I think our discussion of God may disappoint our small audience (LW is the other viewer). The reason I say that is that I believe that you know God, and the way that you know God is the most completely individual thing that you can do. I believe there is one God but I believe that there are as many personal views of that one God as there are people who have contemplated God. I accept your view and I'm sure you are comfortable with the depth and detail of your belief. My view is that after contemplating the universe, infinity, life and God I conclude that they are one in the same. You have the link to my Philosophy and can read the details for yourself and I hope you view my concept of God as my own individual connection just like I am glad to accept your view as your own individual connection.

My view of God relates to the different physical laws that were established as given since Newton's discoveries of the three laws of motion and the universal law of gravitation. Another is the law of classical electromagnetism. The third is the combined theory (law) of special and general relativity. All these were tested and verified over and over and scientists have no doubt about their validity and that if God made all these laws then He will want to be sure that the universe continue to obey them. However, what modern science wants is to combine all these into one physical law called the TOE. So, if God intended such a law to be possible then in time it can be discovered. On the other hand, it is clear to me from studying them that there are common properties shared by these laws. Two of the more important ones are the concept of mass and the concept of electric charge. So far, there is no quantum theory of mass or of electric charge although the experimental minimum values are usually done for the electron. There is a physical mystery surrounding the electron. It does not participate in strong nuclear interaction. It works in electromagnetic and weak interaction. Nonetheless, the electron neutrino which has no mass (practically) and no charge participates in all interactions: EM, weak, and strong. The physical reason, I think, is because the electron neutrino has a linear spacetime lattices, an example of a one dimensional particle. That is it has only a pair of opposite directional invariance property. Another mystery surrounding the electron neutrino is that from the physical property of chirality only the left-hand neutrinos exist. The right-handed ones can never found by experiments. Why did God hides all the right-handed neutrinos?

Very nice post. You have described your view of God and how God works and have expressed a reverence. My guess is you find strength from your faith from which you should benefit.
