Some statements:

Time is a function of Reality.
Time is related to the flow of change. Change being the doing and undoing of formations.

Eternity, is a fundamental of that which is Real.
Eternity is not related to past or future, it is related to the reason there IS at all.
Eternity is about a continuous Now.

If all motion were to stop, yet I still was aware, then I would sense Eternity, but see no flow of Time.

You would still be aware of the events, like waves in the flow of time, unless unconsious [mind elsewhere], of the moment.
Now is a conscious temporal/eventful stop in the continuous unconscious flow of time.

Can time, a concept, be conscious of itself?
I don't believe so.

Can awareness be aware of itself? Good question. [humor]
