The spirit is also part of reality, the spirit of trth, of goodness and of love etc. Just us we can investigate science so we can investigate the reality of the spirit; may be not by means of the scientific method but by means of observation, logical laws, inspirations and revelation. I feel we should keep the two fields of investigations separate otherways we can easily have misunderstandings and confusions.

    Hello Cosvis,

If you have been following the forum at all of late, the divide between science and spirit does not seem to be in danger of becoming bridged any time soon. That persons are willing to take the lives of others over differences of opinion and ideology confounds me. Diversity and tolerance are my personal appreciations in this experience of life and I fear most those who would impose their own views upon another.

I would be surprised to see any dramatic change in human conduct and I expect that any change in our nature will be driven by external forces and our need to develop coping strategies to continue to survive. Whether science or spirit will prove to be the most useful path remains to be seen.

    Kind regards,

    Re: Vote For a TOE

    I voted for the following:

A Balance of Nothing; all entities must sum to zero.
Big Bang. Explosion and expansion from a really tiny point.
quantum fancy. Possibilities evolving—mammal consciousness appears, real-izing this universe.
    String theory.

The only one that I really struggled with was whether matter-mass-energy has always existed. I feel like this could still be in accordance with the zero sum universe, but really if they began as opposing forces it seems logical that this may support non-existance in Pre-Creation. I believe that aspects of Quantum/String Theory and evolution are correct in conjunction with the Big Bang theory, but that such theories have many flaws. I see no evidence of God but I don't wish to rule out such possibility entirely. I prefer neutrality on highly-speculative issues that are purely philosophical in nature. With that being said, I believe that my research and equations has correctly yielded the "Theory of Everything." Until the Tuck-Einstein Equation is expanded into the Equation of Everything so that we can get more definitive answers on the creation event, we won't know all the answers. In fact, it might be beyond human possibility to know the exact nature of what originated the creation of the physical universe. However, simply assigning an eternal diety fails to offer any explaination and defaults to the answer that "it is beyond our understanding so we shouldn't really care how it happened." For me that answer simply does not satisfy anything at all!
