True Relativity

I would like to make a prediction that the results from the Gravity Probe 'B' experiment will show a higher value than 0.042 arcseconds per year predicted by General Relativity for the frame dragging effect.
True Relativity states that the Space-Time generated by the Earth is rotating with the Earth is not being 'dragged' by the Earth and therefore will the value will be higher than 0.042 arcseconds per year as stated on my website www.theoryofspacetime.co.uk
I make this prediction now, before the release of the results from the GP-B website, will anyone else make a prediction?

I can make a prediction:

The special theory of relativity and the general theory of relativity, as well as quantum mechanics, and like any theory, will all fall.

And I would bet the universe in favor of my prediction, if I owned it (because If I owned the universe I would be god, and thus, be perfectly able of making another universe....lol).

Tony;
Though I agree with you, your predictions would be more meaningful if you predicted a value.
How much higher do you predict.

I wish I had the mathematical skills needed to work out the exact value but because Space-Time is rotating with the Earth and not being dragged around by it the value must be greater. If it's well above what General Relativity predicts then it will be in line with True Relativity. Anything above 0.047 arcseconds per year will be out of line with General Relativity.

I am surprised that most visitors to this website seem not to have a clue about the Gravity Probe-B experiment and the implications for Einstein's theory of General Relativity. I hope at least some of you understand that this is probably one of, if not the most important experiment ever conducted and depending on the result, may end up pointing the path to TOE.
