There seems to be one idea that has expressed itself in various theories over the last several hundred years that can encompass everything about the universe around us. On the surface this may seem rather absurd but it does happen more often than you might think. Physicists use ideas like the Mobius Band, torus universe, twistor theory, loop-space theory, eightfold way, knot theory, singularities etc. to describe the inner-workings of Nature. Are all these ideas so different from one another that they cannot possibly have anything in common with one another? Well, they do in fact have a single concept which connects them all together. Whether you define this concept as ying-yang, figure-eight, infinity or the lemniscate, all are essentially the same idea. In my upcoming book The Theory Of Everything (http://www.lulu.com/content/166271) due out this week I show how this ancient idea will be the geometrical solution to Einstein's unified field theory. It is more than simply an idea. Experiments show conclusively that even electrons follow figure-eight patterns in the presence of a high powered laser. Read a quick preview and be the one to mathematically solve this amazing puzzle once and for all.
